"A boy trapped in an enigmatic, mistfilled world. How or why he got there he does not know. He need to find answers"

Gameplay:

The map takes great advantage of Paladon's jump system, which is a big part of the game.

You take control of a lost boy in an unfamiliar world.
Use the arrow keys to navigate the boy around.

Since the boy is a child he does not have many tools to survive in this unknown land.
Interact: The boy can interact with certain objects.
Jump: While an arrow key is pressed the boy will jump in that direction. If the pathing at the landing location is not walkable, he will make a small jump instead in the same direction.
Long Jump: When the boy's energy is full he can make a huge running jump to help him leap across large gabs.

Your main goal is to stay alive through the dangerous journey the boy is about to undertake.

IMPORTANT:
To get the full experience of this map I highly suggest that you use a headset and has nothing but WarCraft 3 sounds running. Set Ambient sounds to max and turn up the general computer volume.

Note:
When playing this map you will ONLY be able to use the arrow keys. The mouse is almost completely useless. This also means that you have to navigate the menu by hotkeys.
Also note that the cursor will stay disabled even when quitting the map. You have to completely exit WarCraft to enable it again.

Creator's Notes:
This map is a demo version of a campaign I want to create. I have a lot of ideas for the next maps, but I wanted to release the first stage to get some response.

-The game Limbo has been great inspiration, and for you who have played that game, I think you can see the resemblance.

-Although Paladon's jump system is awesome, it suffers from the WarCraft 3's game mechanism. That's why sometimes when the boy jumps, it will look a bit odd.
The same is true for his running animation. Sometimes he will slide instead of running, but usually it fixes itself.

-This map is most of all an experiment. So please take it as such.

"What a wonderful adaptation of the game 'Limbo' it does look similar but on a warcraft 3 engine its cool, Although I'm expecting some better quality of puzzles and all but I hope you can make it up in the future changes."

Sorry to leave an Illidan's trail here but uh Solu9 Demo or Beta maps are not allowed anymore, they get rejected. If you can be so kind how about finish the map and re-upload the Alpha release or just remove the title of that Demo if the map is worthy to be Half-Alpha.

Both seen and noted :) Thank you for the review.

I do absolutely agree with you on the puzzle subject and trust me, there will be much much more in the future. This map, though a complete map in itself, is just the beginning.

On the note about multiple players. That will probably not happen. I believe it will ruin the atmosphere and experience of the game.

I'm happy with approval of the nonetheless. Thanks :)

Bug near the third lever: it won't let you jump back up the cliff (you either jump far too low or not at all when you're close to the cliff, or jump normally when you're too far). Also, your character sometimes disappears while on the bridge if moving to the sides (no pathing blockers there).

I think I know what you mean about the cliff. And I'm pretty sure there is no bug since I can complete the map myself. Try to think outside the box :)

About the natural bridges. Yeah I know. I'm actually not sure I can completely secure the pathing on them, but I will look into it. Luckily it's not a major issue :)

The spikes you have to figure out yourself :) That's part of the "fun" ;)

Actually there are checkpoints already. You notice those blue Magic Lamps? If you jump through them you will start from there when you die. Sometimes you miss it, but when you do it correctly you will hear a sound.
Notice that you can only "trigger" a checkpoint once.

another sugestion: the checkpoint stuff put it in the f9 info part, please :)
so people will understand it (like me XD)

I understand your plea. But as usual in my maps you have to figure out things for yourself. It is more rewarding for people who explore and search :)
I will consider your suggestion, but please don't expect that it will be implemented.
