How much did you change the orc race? The melee AI works with predefined unit types for everything, so if you created a new unit/building it will never use those. If your changes to the orc race are minor, you can try editing existing units of the orc melee race (in the object editor on your map), instead of creating new units in the object editor. This should, in theory, make the AI work correctly.

Other races not building can be caused by a bunch of reasons. You can check if having more room for buildings in the base works for a start.

I had minor success with editting the .ai files (I THINK that was the file extension) and importing it to the map. They seemed to use the units effectively... for a while. I was adding them to the AIs when they may not have been expecting to get a new unit. They eventually went AWOL and stood as far away from their base as they could while it got destroyed.
Anyways, I'd look at the .ai files if you can. I don't recall the file locations though. I'd poke around in the AI editor and see if you can find a way to open the base AI script - find unit definitions (if I recall, it may be in a file called human.j for Human or something??)

Actually if you download the map in my signature and check it out in the editor, the only imported file should be similar to the one you need!

[/ QUOTE]
Thank you i post the map:
