Some spell requests!

Hi!

I would like someone to help me make 3 spells in GUI.

== Blood-Gorged Blade ==

Gives Nemus attacks a chance to deal a percentage of the enemies hp in damage.

Level 1 - 15% to deal 3% of the enemies hp.
Level 2 - 20% to deal 4% of the enemies hp.
Level 3 - 25% to deal 5% of the enemies hp.
Level 4 - 30% to deal 6% of the enemies hp.

== Hysteria ==

Causes a friendly target to go into a hysterical rage. The rage makes the target deal extra damage, but simoultainious taking damage each second.

Level 1 - 0.75% Hp loss each second, 22% damage increase. Lasts 10 seconds.

Level 2 - 1.50% Hp loss each second, 45% damage increase. Lasts 10 seconds.

Level 3 - 1.50% Hp loss each second, 68% damage increase. Lasts 15 seconds.

Level 4 - 1.50% Hp loss each second, 90% damage increase. Lasts 20 seconds.

== Heart-Strike ==

Nemus aims for the enemies heart, dealing a large amount of damage. If the enemy is under 15% Heart-Strike will kill it.

Level 1 - 265 Damage
Level 2 - 395 Damage
Level 3 - 525 Damage

This is all just simple triggers, using reals and integers. You should be able to do this yourself, after reading some tutorials.

Hint: Unit life is a real
Hint: Chance is a random integer

One of the things i cant figure out is how to set an exact chance for Blood-Gorge Blade to proc. I dont really get the integer thing...
