That's what i need:
-Hero creators(Heroes with most triggered spells)
-Mini-game creators
-A system so a hero can only get one weapon as their primary.
-A backpack system.

i can do heros and if you tell me what to do for minigames i can try them too, oh and i do GUI not jass, although im learning jass.

Ok,then i would like you to do as many heroes as you want.
For Mini-games i don't have ideas.Create your own ones.

hmm, you do know what MUI is dont you? Multi Use Instancable
EDIT i've made 2 heros so far, one of them all there abilities are triggerds and the other one the abilities are not, but they dont need to be and im not going to do some minigames, how many heros you want?

Just create as many heroes as you like.4 would be great.And about Mini-games,i will think of it later...
