[General] So I've encountered 2 issues I need help with

The first bug pictured above is that on several units, their portraits are very dark with these odd black spots on them. It doesn't affect every unit only a few with the unit pictured above being the worst offender. Any ideas how to fix this?

The second bug concerns the Ice UI made by CRAZYRUSSIAN, as you can see this part of the top bit of the UI appears here whenever a Hero isn't selected. Again I'd like a fix for this if at all possible.

Hope you guys can help!
