Small Request

Hello guys, i wanted to use UI by I3lackdeath https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/skins-552/humanuitile-timeindicatorframe-blp-245052/?prev=d%3Dlist%26r%3D20%26t%3D30 but the problem is that the frame takes a lot space of the screen. So, i want to reduce some of the borders and remove that piece on the portrait (look at the photo).
Can someone do it pls?

I3lackdeath is unavailable and i'm sure he won't mind because i'm still gonna give him credit.
