Yep, you can make your own xp bar.... But i addvise using ingame textures (Other Bars) like this ->

No you cant because the Border of the bar is above the Bar progress... A bit difficult to explain, but íll try...
You can make the Bar progress look like Sighns but you cant make the Border look like a scrole cous it it above the progress bar -> The normal Border has a Alpha layer (invisible layer) in the middle so you can see the progress underneeth it; If you make the Border look like a scrole, youll cover the progress bar.

Most likely, at least from what it sounds like (from what Orc said).

@FF, don't "call" requests. That's just as bad as asking for rep. That basically is asking for rep, but because there wouldn't be anyone else to rep.
