Slow DL Speed on War3

hey guys, I've been hosting for awhile now but recently (roughly the around the time the new patch came out) everyone's dl speeds from me have been ridiculously slow, does anyone know what might be causing this?

I doubt your problem has anything to do with the new patch. Maybe they have a slow internet connection, maybe you have other bandwith-consuming applications running, maybe the map you host is big.

I checked all those options, I've turned off all other programs and tried hosting various map sizes, every one meeting with the same problem. They could have a slow internet connection but every single person that joins has the same problem, all other factors I've checked have remained the same as when I had a higher speed.
