Were can i get tga to blp tools and i tryed image extracter and it doesnt work... i need help

Umm... Do you have a program to edit the images with?
like Irfanview or photo impact 10? thats probably what you need cause when just have image extractor it just wont do crap by its self...

and also in image extractor save the file you want to edit as a tga
