Skin help

Can anyone tell me why this skin is unacceptable? The mods just said its not freehand, which doesnt tell me what i need to do to make it acceptable.

They mean use freehand. Actually use the brush tool, and draw over stuff, and make it look good.. Right now, you just changed the hue's of various things.. And added random Japanese katakana which make no sense in the slightest together..
Check out the other skins in the skins section, and some tutorials before you proceed to do more skinning.

im assuming the plates dont count then? k w/e ill change a lot more then.
