Site (Variance Rotation) very buggy

The Actor of type Site (Variance Rotation) is currently extremely buggy and never gives me the same effect on a unit twice, its always something different that happens to the unit when this is applied to its Hosted Site Operations+, one time it will appear upside down, another time it will be on its side, and it just goes on, so I'm trying to find if anyone has a solution to this as it is currently giving me a headache and I'm wondering if its just something blizzard never fully debugged.
