Simple Recolor of Fire Icon

Hi everybody, I would like to request a simple recolor of the reforged "fire" icon

Spoiler: Image

Colors I need are blue and green

Testmap is what I used to get that Image (not sure if there is a better way)

Blizzard has already made icons similar to what you are looking for for WoW.

With this tool you can create them. You must add borders to the image so that the image is not cropped, and then convert it to an icon, so that the entire image is visible.

oh they did? not really a WoW player haha
yes I know of button manager I have been using it for a long time, I just can't seem to be able to use gimp or paint.net even for simple recoloring that's why I asked for help.

regular windows paint app also works just fine for basic recoloring
