Attached rar archive includes all your requested items, including DISBTN-version.
I've made 3 folders, 1 jpg if you need them for other projects, 1 pdn (the work files, with layers; is a paint.net-file type) and one ready-to-import-32-bit-tga folder.
hope they fit your cause and you give me credits for my sleepless work
