Simple JASS spell

[PaperJack]

I need a multi-instanceable JASS spell that acts like that

1. Unit casts spell
2. Appears an effect on the unit's head
3. After 5 seconds, unit dies exploding and damaging for 100-150 every unit in a area of 180, with an effect.

Thanks a lot, the only problem I have is that I can't make the spell multi instanceable.
