i dont want to create an unit and have it attack ground, because i need to be able to make a special effect (import) explosion, upon impact of the projectile.
import the model and make a new EFFECT, not spell, using that model. then go to the spell and change the effect to the one you made, this is all done in "object editor"
Option 1: Use Burning Oil and change SFX. (fits only if the ability effect is what you want)
Option 2: Use a Pocket Factory, Cluster Rockets or some other spell as a dummy spell and add to it the triggered effects using this:
Unit - A unit starts the effect of an ability
This event will fit just when the projetile hits the ground (I think).
I can make the trigger for you. What specifically do you want? Is it a point target or a unit target? Can the fireball go thru trees/cliff (i can make it so it can go from high cliff to low cliff but not low cliff to high cliff if you want). Do you want it to explode on the first unit it encounters, or should it only explode on the target unit? Do you want it to follow the target unit or shud you be able to dodge it?
