Simple building edit!

Dear hive workshop community i need your help with a very simple building edit i need this building to be resized to default human town-halls size and if possible add the default town-halls bottom to it

I did ask the maker but with no response so far if you can do it then that's good please take your time with it

default town-halls bottom to it

That's the ground Art in Object Editor AFAIK... and you can edit the size with scaling value.
