Sigs

This is my first post, so don't yell at me because this is a small idea.

I have been wondering for a while now how to get those sigs with all those skinny rectangles that say something like "Anime Fan" or "Google User" and change pics to a different ones... I think they are really cool. Does anyone know how to get them?

You make them from what i hear.. i know there is a tut somewhere.. im sure brad will help you with that.

Use an animation program like animation shop pro and make a animated file in a fromat compatiable with your browser (be careful with the formats).
Also watch the size since animation files can easily become big and quickly.
