4/5 4 cos, it's just a dark infernal, listen i know how you could make it cooler, so it doesn't look like all other infernals, ok:

Make the head longer and make the eyes smaller and sit taller, then make a metal thing in the middle of its head, or sumthing else, then place the head a little higher, and give it some neck.

Honestly, I see no flaws in this model. It looks like the normal Infernal, yet it looks just dark and evil. Congrats, keep up the work. 5/5. A good ability for this would be a modification of Immolation where it has a Black Arrow effect, whereas if a unit dies under the effect of it's Immolation it turns into a skeleton. Just an idea for someone else to make for it if they use it.
