The eyebrows are rather mannishly large. Thick eyebrows only really look good on dudes, you should make them considerably thinner.
Other than that, it would be nice to see a little more original content in this. Omitting a few skulls, the boots, gloves, shoulders, and bow all look the same as the original skin. I'd strongly recommend doing something with said portions of the skin to make it feel more original and worth the file size it takes when imported.
From a distance the skin also looks potentially night-elven to. You should change up the coloration a little to make her look more dead. Perhaps even highlighting and shading the hair to match the same style as the banshee's would work, you have similar coloration there. Even being ethereal, the banshee's face is more worn and dead looking than the archer's face here to. Add some stitches, sunken cheeks, exposed bones, open wounds, or whatever to make her look more undead.
As a final note, you should do something different with her hair line. The leather-sudo helmet thing looks sort of weird, and recognizably high-elven archer-ish. One of the advantages of skinning really low polly models is you can drastically change a lot of details that are just painted on the model. All the archer skins I've submitted on this site have a different and unique hairstyle, it's pretty amazing what details you can change on the face. The face is the most important part of the skin as well, it is essentially all that is shown in the portrait screen in-game; taking up roughly the same amount of pixels as the entire model in standard in-game views.
