Misha: you need more fluidity in animations, more unique mesh and better wrap of that mesh, since the lower jaw looks very wonky and 'eyebrow' ridges look wonky as well. you could also create real, connected hands, instead of sticking fingers into that 'bump' at the end of the arms
custom texture is totally unneeded
