Is it possible to set the xp required for heros manually?
Like lvl 1 = 150 xp
Lvl 2 = 300xp and so on

Also, can someone give me the formula for exp gain?

Yeah, it is but, then do those constant factor and the level factor affect the total experience required?

Hero XP required Table is the xp requirement of hero level factor is how much experince hero needs when level up previous value factor is how much of previous level xp requirement will be added to this levels requirement
as you know hero's experince still remains same when its level up
you have a hero and its level 1
it requires = Table + Level Factor x 1 (its 300 in default)
when it goes to level 2
it requires = Experince required in previous level x previous value factor + Table + Level Factor x 2

I think its clear enough

If you want it menually set Level Factor to 0
and add values to table for each level

I don't know of a way you could do that, but there is a hero trigger you could do that sets back the amount of exp u get from enemies, like so:

You can also disable experience gain altogether, or give them some extra experience, or even set the amount of exp they already have. But I don't think you can control what you're trying to control. you might be able to do something like that in the object editor but again, I'm not sure. srry, but I hoped I helped a little bit.
