Setting item level above 8

I saw a lot of maps with item level(ilev) values like 9 or 10, but I can't set it by myself in my map. Is there any tweak or secret way to do it?
Also where is search button on this forum?

Hold Shift then left click the data field that needs to be edited. Some data fields also allow negative values by holding Shift.
