Set Extended Tooltip (Learn) not working

When I'm using this either it changes to no text at all or it's something completely random that is different every time I'm testing it.

Is it broken? Changing the normal tooltip works fine.

This new natives start with value 0 for Level 1. Try writing Level 0 when wanting to change Level 1.

The level is correct (there's even a minimum of 1), do you mean for 1.31? Because I'm using 1.30.

Okay, that was changed in 1.31.1, before that version 1 is correct. But I think this specific one was buggy pre 1.31.1
