Serious need of help with skins -- i don't get it!!!!!

ok here's what I want to do, i want to make a map for my clan with their logo as the skin for a banner large white flag thing. i upload the blp file but it will never let me put it on there. if anyone could help me, i'd really appreciate knowing how to make skin for a doodad. i already have the picture i want on the flag: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/max97230/Logo-DreV.jpg someone help me please i beg for help.
