If someone could scale up the size of this model about 4000%, I'd greatly appreciate it. I can't for the life of me figure out how to make it bigger..

I don't understand the sense of your request, but then I'm not meant to am I?
Anyway,
4k% rescale ready and served.

(p.s. 4k% is a whole lot. It has to be scaled down heavily to be seen in the testmap.)

Thank you very much. The purpose is to show a range indicator for my towers. Destructibles and special effects can only be scaled 2000% while in game. Having a much larger scale base to work with will allow me to show larger range indicators.
