[Trigger] Seems like I need help

I'm currently working on a map, and I'd like the main hero to have an aura that increases the attack damage of affected unit (that's no problem to make).
Furthermore I want units under the effect of the aura to, when killing an enemy unit to increase the attack speed of each allied unit in 600 of the unit.
I thought this would be quite easy, but as I need to work unit groups (which I've never really done before) one thing bugs me.
How can I create a dummy at each individual unit, and then make the dummy cast a attack speed-increasing spell at each unit? - Or is there a easier/more efficient way to do this?
 
What if a unit gets 10 kills? An ability with 10 levels increases load time big time.

However, there is no way to add multiple attack speed buffs, so levels seem to be your only option. But, to reduce lag, use many abilities with different bonuses.
