Sounds like a general computer crash. The screen freeze would be a kernel level failure that cannot be resolved (eg stuck trying to restart the graphic driver in Vista+ or in an infinite loop so cannot detect BSoD).

Most common cause of this is overheating. Although practically unheard of that desktops suffer from that when playing WC3 laptops (and x86 tablets) still will despite the game being very old. This is because they are designed with insufficient cooling for large continuous loads (like a game) and to make matters worse WC3 will force the CPU up to maximum clock speed (due to it being single threaded).

GPUs can also be prone to overheating. Laptop GPUs suffer the same problems as their CPUs since they also have insufficient cooling for continuous heavy loads. Desktop GPUs should only suffer if their cooling has failed (blocked heatsink, failed fan etc) since D3D8 tech games load modern GPUs so little anyway.

If your computer is single core then it can just be that WC3 has crashed with an infinite loop. If it is multi-core (all modern systems are) then the OS should remain responsive in that situation so you should be able to close it via alt+tab. If it is multi-core and you cannot alt+tab then it is certainly a general computer crash (kernel level fault) which is usually the result of faulty hardware (dying, or just overheating) but can also be caused by some buggy drivers (usually those from small companies).

What do you mean by saying loop :( i cant understant it pls use other word

Loop means something happens many times.

Eternal loop means that something is done forever.
___

Like you set a unit when it enters region A, move to region B. On getting on Region B, move it to region A.

This will happen FOREVER.
- an eternal loop is THIS as an example.
