I need to create scoreboard with names of players and if they hero die near they names will be DEAD how to do that?

I suggest you read a tutorial on Multiboards.

2. You need a periodic timer which checks the heros and changes their entry in the board to "dead" if they are.

Actually use of a periodic timer is a waste of resources...why check constantly if a unit is alive and then display dead if he is not?

Rather have 2 triggers one checks triggers when a hero dies changing the status of the player and the other one triggers if someone is revived....resetting their status

-.- kk you can do that too.

But for the dying trigger you need a trigger which always triggers when a unit dies (wow 3x the word trigger in once sentence -.-)

And that will run quite often aswell (altough it will stop with the condition.)
