Saving as an external?

Is there a way to save the progress made in map outside?

So if you play the map, close it without saving, and return, some progress is still there (for example items, achievements, maybe progress, etc)

Yeah one that is good for this in our spell section is Nestharus's save/load. It has tutorials so I'm sure you can tweek to your means

if its an SP map, you can simply utilize the game cache for this...

Use Codeless Save Load by Nes, it allows you to save/load data across maps and encrypt/decrypt, sync the data stored

Though you must write a save/load system using Codeless Save Load, CSL is just a system that creates the save/load systems.

I need something simple.

Probably just to save a few integers/booleans. The saves DO remain if the player closes the map and/or starts fresh, right?

Is there a way to autosave system on the hive?

someone tried to do that, but it seems that the default save trigger action can only be used once per play... once you've used it, it never seems to function again...

but if you're gonna use custom save-load scripts, then autosaving is really easy...
