Save-Load Animation in 3ds max 6

1. Hi man, how do i save and load animations in 3ds max 6? Ive read blinkboy s tutorial but i didnt understood this think.

2. Ive imported a villager model in 3ds max 6 but i didnt sow any bones and animations why?
