Sanity not loading default textures

Is there an issue lately with sanity loading default textures? I am getting such errors and simple models do not show properly:

I can confirm this on Firefox and Brave browsers.

I had to set some rate limiting on PHP requests on the server a week ago. The sanity checker makes 100+ such requests and was immediately hit. I have increased the limits. Let me know if it still happens. Could be some models have multiple 100s of requests and maybe I should make the rate limiting ignore the type of requests made by the sanity checker.
