I edited the texture via Gimp so now it will use a custom skin.Reforged Blademaster has slightly darker beard than Samuro. Could you try darkening your beard a little bit?
If you mean Reforged Samuro to classic I plan to do it.I highly appriciate the fact that you did this, but man i wish you also did a Classic-Improved version.
I'll try to make the cloak move, I already used the same method that I am doing on the armor in my other models and I think they still look like classic. The Reforged Blademaster and Samuro has the same face structure the difference between them is the beard color(which I edited and now requires a custom texture) and Samuro has a Ponytail, the portrait camera is different from the original because I had problems with the original.Yo, nice model!I'd give 5/5 if the cloak was moving (makes the animations look a bit 'numb' rn) and if the textures on the armor were not that solid (makes it going out of the classic game style).
And also, if you work on the structure of the face, change the angle of the portrait camera and the color of the beard, you will create a unique version of BM that can be used in the same map along with the vanilla model.

They can be used in the same map just like the vanilla paladins(they have the same face structure but different beard color).![]()

Thanks, all of them is using the paladin textures so you can change the beard texture easily using the different paladin textures.liked those derivates especialy last one swordmaster, his beard is ingame texture of heroplatadin.blp if yes thats mean can be change with other 2 beards 8D

Made an edit of this bundle with issues mentioned above fixed, as well as camera's translation. It was broken and didn't look like blademaster's portrait.Super! But I would suggest to use Armor_R/Armor_L bones for armor plates on pants (like on original Blademaster), them bouncing during Crit, Walk and Spin anims is a part of Blademaster personality. Also Right footprint in misplaced, it should be -Y coordinate of the left one to be right under foot. Again, super great models, I'm just sharing opinion.![]()
