Same map ???

So , i found a map , we plaly it with friends (I DONT SAY WHAT FOR A MAP) and i want make a map (INSPIRATION - THE MAP THAT I DONT SAY ) but with more material , units , ...
I want make : Other race , other buildings , more material , and so.
But its my map then same and is it bad ?
I want to make more items in the game and more but i want not make the same map.
Is that a same map when...
-U become materials from same units (STONE , WOOD)
-Some heroes (JOB , Wood Carver) are same
-The Tilesets are same
-The same Build system

And i want add
-Secret places on map , boss dungeons , cities...
-More heroes and skills
-More buildings
-more materials (MAGIC STONE , FIRE STONE...)
and more

it is the same map then ?

Depends if you want to COPY the map, or create a new map using some of the ideas in that map.
Naturally if you copy the other map, then its the same map and thats bad. If you are only inspired by the map and add some new good ideas, then thats good.

I dont mean copy but i only dunno how to say it in ENG (I speak CZE).
Its only a super map and so i want make more items.
