[HD/Modeling] Runestone Model

I'm looking for a runestone (or meeting stone) type model similar to the one linked below:

I couldn't find any on Hive via search.

AFAIK there's no easy way to convert a .blend to an .mdx or .mdl for use in Warcraft 3.

If you come across one or if there's something available by default in the World Editor but I just haven't seen it yet then please do let me know.

There is a blender exporter plugin.

Is this meant to go with Reforged(that style actually looks like Reforged-ish)?
I have a Runestone model myself, it just doesn't have an animation for glowing glyphs and it looks as if it was a bit compressed. May need a bit of an upward stretch.
