Game idea is nice. 4/5
I think it asks for something more. Maybe you could make more bear types (like small bears, Strong bears, fast bears, etc.).
Maybe bears should have chance to drop items on death.(potion, runes, etc.).
As to the model of hero: it's good but I prefer models with portrait especially if it's a player controlled unit.
