Wow at first I thought this skin was great, but in game his face is ugly, And now I know why...
HIS FACE IS CnP
The face he used was CnP from Blizzard's Blood Mage which is a reskin of arthas so of course it fit, he just clipped it in thinking no one would notice, probbably because without it it wouldnt be 75% custom.

A really cool texture, I like the freehand armour work it adds some nice variation and could be useful looking for an alternative. However, I'm unsure why you've decided to alpha the original eyes and paint the irises onto the face part of the texture. Also the red gems on the gauntlet could use a bit more shading to make them look inset rather than flat. Also I'm afraid I don't think this satisfies >75% being freehand, hence set to Useful/Simple.
