Arthas didn't feel like royal in this weird recolour here. Just changed color and add like 2 lions on his knees.
The only fine point about this skin is the book, which is ok enough.
Keep improving on it. But let's say that a 2/5*

I would be glad if you put more freehand work to look more better than the original texture than recoloring and copy pasting. If you really want to get better at texturing, start at painting it freehandedly and from scratch. Set to awaiting update.
