how to make a trigger for rounds and to rematch the game? like pass the bomb, unlimited rematch >.<

Since you ask a vague question, the vague answer is that in order to 'restart' the map you will need to set everything to how it was in the beginning.

Make all your triggers to be able to reset again to start a new round.
Catch the moment when a round is over, and run the initializetion trigger...
