[Trigger] Rotating Beam Spell

Hi.

I was wondering if anybody knows of any rotating beam spells out there?
I could've sworn I saw something like it somewhere in the past before but I can't recall where or what it was.

I'm talking about a life-drain/lightning beam which rotates clock-wise from the caster, damaging the units the beam passes through.

I don't need it to be controllable or anything, it just does a full circle or half circle sweep and then it's done. Basically this:

I apologize if the Gif brings back bad memories for some. But it was the best example I could find.

In any case, if anyone knows of a spell like this or wishes to make it I would be very grateful!
