Heyo guys!

I've a question about Milkshape. Yeah, I took the rexxar model from the campaignscreen and edited it a little bit. Then I deleted all bones like here http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/...rev=search=campaign%20orc&d=list&r=20&u=zerox, because I want to give him rexxar anims. But I don't know what to do in step 6? Can anyone explain me what "rerigg" is and how to give the bones from rexxar to the campaign screen one?

rep will be given ofc!

You can't get the bones of him into MS3D.
The only thing you can do is re-doing it and name it exactly as the rexxar model.

But you can export your model to .mdl and rigg it onto the skeleton off rexxar with vertex modfiy.
Just export the base rexxar model with magos and convert it to .mdl.
Then open it with Vertex Modify.
Now go to Tools-Select Vertices by Vertex Group, or something like that.
Then you can type in a number, take 1.
Now vertices should be selected.
For examples all vertices of the right arm.
Now you can merge the in MS3D edited campaign rexxar into Vertex Modify.
Then you select all vertices of the right arm and go to Tools->Assign Vertex Group, now you type in the Vertex Group number of the right arm of the base model.
Don't forget to delete the arm of the base model.
Now the right arm of your edited model should be attached to the bone of the right arm and move properly.
Now you just have to do it for the other vertex groups and model parts.
You don't have to make all vertex groups, only the biggest or the most important ones.

I wrote about that at this thread, too
