Resurrection Stone

How do you get the neutral building Resurrection Stone to be able to revive a race specific hero that was part of the starting units?

you mean like in the rexxar campaign? maybe check the campaign map to see how its done there

I think it's done with triggers. Hero - Revive Hero at the position of (reviving stone)

If you want it to work like an altar then you need a trigger which automaticly changes the owner of the stone to the player who clicked it...
I think that is not impossible...

But as elven said you can use a trigger which respawns the hero at the stone.
