Why don't you try, reading tutorials, and then make spells? It's easy if you read some and create your own spell just change the effects. Good luck.

I think it's possible to do it with the normal editor.

But you'll need too much custom imported sfx, and so, it's my problem. I'm a spellmaker, not a modeler.
