Request Cleaning photos

This is not relatet to Warcraft 3 but does anyone knows how to clean photos via photoshop?

I think you'd have difficulties making this look like a clean picture, but making it cleaner is highly doable for anyone with minimal PS experience, i don't have my laptop up and running or i'd be happy to help you out, i would suggest you go to http://www.photoshopforums.com/ and post ur request there, you would most likely get the best possible free help you can get in a very short amunt of time

Well... Its kind of an improvement... The picture it self is kind of bad. SO this is as good as it will get. No one can make it look better than this lol.

Mm I had that kind of result when I was messing around. I thought it was a little too dark. Even though it looks better. I personally think he should just get a new camera lol.
