[HD/Modeling] Model Creation - Request

Hi guys , I am making big map and recreating World of Warcraft zones in Warcraft Reforged and i have request. Is it possible for someone to make models for money or is it not allowed ? I really need them and I cant find them anywhere, and I dont even know how or where to create models for reforged.

I can provide photos of what I am requesting but it would be more than 3 models definitely.

Basically you need all WOW races? I thought you only need worgens
