Quick Info: Create a dummy Meteor (model). Size as u want. Set it's height to high. Then cr8 real variable with holding current height of the dummy, then when u cast it, in looping trigger set that variable to current height - 20 (example) and set it's height to that variable. Then in new trigger, create event when that variable becomes 0 or less, stop looping trigg and then another trigg with periodic movement and rolling animation of meteor and pick units in a range of the meteor the size you want and dmg them. Don't forget to add expiration times to the dummy when it ''lands'' and when meteor dies, turn off the looping triggers.
