[Solved] Request an icon

Could someone create 3 icons similar to this one to use in Button Manager v1.8.2, but with the numbers 1,2 and 3 being in the smaller square, please?
PS: If possible it should be more yellow.

Do you know why this happens to me? I used gimp.

Don't forget to merge visible layers under image tab.
What exactly went wrong anyway? The white lines? Can repair it with the smudge tool.

I don't understand why this is happening to me, in the first image there is my edition that looks correct, but in the second image when I add any icon the white lines appear.
PS: I'm sorry if I'm annoying.

They look very good! but it is possible that you do it without those rings, I want it blank to use it in button manager. I'll add the numbers on my own.
