Removing a footman's helm?

I am a modeller too but i cant do any good if i want a footman without helm for example i use the textures Textures\Knight.blp and Textures\Footman.blp how the heck do i get it so it be without helm plz answer fast.

Onelord this is not your thread, nor is it related to the topic at hand. Try to have some common sense.

The bandit's head is, I believe, mapped to something approximating where the footman's face is on the skin.

So do something with that, I assume. The knight's head is fugly.

Well, rip the Bandit's head off him, geomerge it onto a footman, do any minor UV alterations that are necessary (http://www.oinkerwinkle.com, just in case you're using the wrong tools). Might have to then acquire some hair from somewhere, if you want truly helmetless.
