remove patrol/hold position

is there a way to remove patrol and hold position without removing move and stop.

i think something changing in the MPQ can do this read several times about
search google , theHive and Wc3c.net a bit and u will find

There is a command that disables abilitys. Try to look up the rawcodes of Patrol and Hold, and use JASS to disable them, as i dont think they will be in the ability list in GUI...
Dunno if it works though

you could remove the icon, in

Icon - Command - Hold Position ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNHoldPosition.blp
Just make that nothing... and then
Icon - Command - Patrol ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNPatrol.blp
just make them both nothing? maybe

no that's not a good thing. i need the slots that's why I want to remove them, they'd still be there if I just change the icon.

that won't work, the icon is just an image, the ability would still be there
