Can you teach me how to remove a original weapon from a unit.

Ex the Felgaurd spear. Can I remove it? Please help me pls

For a smaller size, you might want to edit the model itself.
This tutorial: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/3d-modeling-tutorials-282/create-models-only-free-tools-107544/ is pretty good, although in this case all you'd need to do is delete the weapon's vertices from the model.
