Is there a way to destroy a region or atleast make a "unit enters region" trigger that is one time use only???

One Time use Trigger

• Enter region
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit enters Region 000 <gen>
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Trigger - Turn off (This trigger)

This unit enters region trigger will only happen once I do not believe there is a way to actually destroy a region but there might be.
